Happy Friday! The last week or 2 has been all about catching up with friends and working hard in between. I feel like I’m finally getting to know Melbourne better through using trams and trains, and it’s such a fun city. Being in a new and exciting place of course means taking more photos, so I’ve been Instagramming a lot lately and here is a little round-up…
1/ We discovered a gorgeous cafe called Cafe Azul in Richmond near to our apartment. I absolutely fell in love with this turquoise coffee maker and wallpaper combo. Defo making a trip back there as I wanted to try every breakfast on the menu.
2/ I’ve started a new exercise programme (which left me half crippled all week after the Monday leg workout) and so I’m trying to improve my diet too, with healthy smoothies as post-workout snacks. Saying that, I’ve still eaten ice cream everyday this week.
3/ I found this hand wash in the supermarket and I love the design. Plus thank you provide water/food/health training to those in need whenever you purchase their products. Aaaand it looks nice in my bathroom and kitchen… it’s the little things, right?
4/ Cheese plant house I walked past in Melbs, need I say more?
5/ I saw the most beautiful sunset when at Victoria Night Market on Wednesday. It has inspired Alex and I to get some string lights for our balcony.
6/ A friend back in London kindly bought Alex and me tickets to Moonlight Cinema so we booked to see The Imitation Game. It was really good, especially in the fresh air with a picnic and ciders!
Have you got anything fun planned this weekend? X

I was sorry to miss The Imitation Game in the cinemas here – it looked fab! That cafe you discovered looks adorable – I always love discovering new places like that. This weekend, I'm meeting a fellow blogger for drinks tonight, trying out a ballet workout in Richmond tomorrow, spoiling my Mum for Mother's day and hopefully getting to the Alexander McQueen exhibition at the V&A! xxx

I never managed to see the Imitation Game in cinemas, waiting for the dvd now!
Good luck with your new exercise routine, I have been trying to work out more and although it is hard I feel much better for it!

Haha story of my life, missing movies and having to wait impatiently for the dvd! It's worth it though 🙂

Thanks Bethan, I think the first few weeks are always the hardest! x
