I’m off to New York tomorrow! Alex and I have been planning this trip for about a year and I’m so excited! We are spending two days in New York, then flying to Orlando for a week, driving to Miami, then Atlanta, New Orleans, and stopping off in Panama City Beach on the way back.
Any recommendations? I’ve been checking out Joanna’s amazing guide to NYC a lot but we haven’t really got any plans for New Orleans where we are spending 3 days. So suggestions are very welcome 🙂
I might be popping in on Instagram a bit, but Alex and I are going to avoid the internet as much as possible and just relax and have fun. See you in a couple of weeks!

September 7, 2013 at 10:12 amShake Shack in Madison Square Park – Better than the London burgers and a beautiful location over looking the Flat Iron Building. Super cheap and incredible.
Cupcakes at Crumbs, cocktails at the Standard overlooking the High Line, Lunch at the Ace Hotel, Coffee from Stumptown (Next door to The Ace) and a special supper at Spice Market.
I cant wait to see the pictures! x

September 22, 2013 at 4:13 pmHi Sophie,
I didn't read your comment until after we left in New York but it's scary how much we did that you suggested anyway! We had a divine meal at the Spice Market, went to the High Line and had cocktails at the Standard. Unfortunately the queue outside Shake Shack was immense so we didn't make it there. pretty good for 48 hours in a city though! Thanks! x
