Monochrome Eggs for Easter

Now here is a little DIY for your weekend. Hasn’t Easter crept up so fast?! This week I painted some eggs white (and wished for a moment that I lived in the USA where their eggs come plain white already). I thought I’d give it a go drawing my feathers on with a sharpie, along with some feathery markings, and I’m liking the outcome. What do you think?
I’d never blown out eggs before so I watched this YouTube video… I didn’t need to watch it for the whole way through but it gets pretty funny. It’s kind of gross but means you can keep the eggs for a while, if you like.

I’m going to display these in a white bowl to get in the Easter mood! Would you give these a go? X

I really love those eggs! The feather looks real nice. Will try to do something like this as well.

Aw these are so lovely! What a fab little DIY and the best one to get in the Easter spirit. I haven’t done anything at all for Easter yet, but finally bought some easter eggs today! x
