I also got a juice recipe book along with my juicer for Christmas, but really it’s fun to just try things out. This morning I just chucked whatever I had in the fruit bowl into my juice. I don’t really like eating pears as the texture can be a bit weird sometimes and you can get those gross scrunchy bits (know what I mean?!). But they make really nice creamy juice! I’m also obsessed with putting ginger in juices, it tastes so good.
For 2 glasses of juice you need:
1 granny smith apple
half a lemon
2cm square piece of ginger
It was really refreshing and zingy! I had it with my poached egg and avocado on toast this morning.
