After a pretty stressful week I let myself have the weekend off! I went to Brighton on Saturday with my siblings, a friend and my boyfriend. I didn’t take my camera but we had a lovely day of wandering along the pier, around the shops, eating fish and chips and having a sundae at my favourite place – Scoop & Crumb! I also was filmed being interviewed by someone who emailed me about a film dissertation she’s researching at the moment, which was pretty exciting! It might be going on Youtube at some point so I’ll let you know if it does.
Sunday was a beautiful cold, crisp sunny day. My boyfriend and I had breakfast at a sweet little Patisserie by Borough Market, then had a wander around London, watching the skaters by the Tower of London and admiring the progress of the Shard being built.
We nipped to Harrods to view the famous Christmas windows. I kind of want to see them at night as well, because these photos didn’t come out very well with all the reflections. It looked like such fun to create these Disney fairy tale princesses in all their designer glory! I loved Pocahontas with her feather Cavalli dress and Sleeping Beauty’s Eli Saab’s pink ballgown was a dream! Snow White, Mulan, Rapunzel and Ariel were among the other Princesses. I really recommend you taking a look!
What did you get up to this weekend?
