I came across the Melbourne based textile studio Ink and Spindle a while ago and their simple yet striking prints have stuck in my mind ever since. It is owned by designers Lara Cameron and Tegan Rose and all the textiles are hand printed by them in the studio. They are especially inspired by native Australian plants and flowers, and by their love for Melbourne. Sustainability is at the heart of their business and so everything from their fabrics and inks to their water wastage and packaging is carefully considered to minimise their impact on the Earth. You can learn more about them in this short video here.
